Come già scritto diverse volte su post simili,

le piante dell'Appennino centro-meridionale sono Crocus neapolitanus (Ker Gawl.) Loisel., mentre quelle dell'Arco Alpino (ex C. albiflorus Kit.) sono il vero C. vernus (L.) Hill

Ho un articolo in stampa su Plant Systematics and Evolution che fa il punto della situazione sull'intera serie Verni.

Ne anticipo la chiave per l'identificazione:
